Shipping Policy
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. We ship out our packages via USPS. We do our best to get your orders shipped out in a timely manner. Due to recent shipping and stock delays, it may take a bit longer to ship out your order. Please know that we are doing everything we can on our end to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Return Policy
We accept returns on t-shirts, hoodies, and earrings. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hats for hygiene reasons.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and mail it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from odors, stains, and pet hair.
To start a return, contact us at info@wildflowermoon.com. Please include your order number in the email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label to use. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hats, stickers or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
